The Couture Modern Cloth Nappy by Cushie Tushies is an All-In-One design and does not require a cover. It consists of an outer layer of fashion fabric, a full length layer of waterproof laminated material (polyurethane laminate, or PUL), two layers of absorbent bamboo cotton through the wetzone, and an inner layer of soft microfleece next to baby's bottom.

The Couture comes with one large booster, which is made from two layers of bamboo cotton and topped with microfleece and attached to the top front of the Couture with snaps. It also comes with one separate mini booster, again made with two layers of bamboo cotton and topped with microfleece.

In total, this Couture has six layers of bamboo cotton – eight if you double the large booster over – making it extremely absorbent! Plus, the waterproof PUL layer makes it really leak-proof, for one very reliable nappy.

The Couture’s One-Size-Fits-All design has been tested on boys and girls from newborn to toddler with great success.

To fit on a newborn (up to approx. 5kg): First, remove the snapped-in booster completely (you will need this when baby is bigger). Place the smaller booster towards the back of the nappy. Fold the nappy up over baby's tummy as normal and then fold the top front of the nappy out and down. Fasten as normal. The more you fold down, the smaller the nappy will become and the tighter the fit around the legs.

To fit on a larger baby (from approx. 5kg-17kg): Snap the large booster in place, then place baby on top, fold the nappy over baby's tummy and fasten using snaps. Use second booster provided for long naps or heavy wetters.

To use at night: Once baby starts sleeping through the night, boost the absorbency using a night booster. Lay the folded night booster underneath the snapped-in booster in the nappy.
