Shipping Charges

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging merchandise, you pay for all shipping costs. You may exchange an item only in original condition and with tags still attached. If the item is in any way faulty or not in described condition, Angelbub will pay for all shipping costs.

Returns:

If you are returning merchandise for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in original condition and with all tags attached, you pay for shipping it back to us. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders:

If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we'll reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.

Refunds:

We'll issue a refund (to your original method of payment) as soon as we receive your return. We’ve noticed, however, that although a charge appears on our credit cards within milliseconds, those refunds sometimes take a few days to post. Please know that we are not responsible for the sluggishness of your credit card company to process money that goes back to you!

Postage Charges

An $8 Postage and Handling surcharge is payable for any garments returned for refund (where permitted) where the original purchase attracted the Free Postage offer. The surcharge will be deducted from the original payment amount and is payable once per invoice. All replacement requests attract a flat rate $6 postage fee.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Please allow for a maximum of 3 business days handling period prior to delivery. We offer both standard Mail and Express Post with Australia Post, or if you are in desperate need we will arrange for overnight courier. Postage periods are in addition to the handling period stated herein.

Shipping Fees and Charges

All quotes are provided in Australian dollars.

Within Australia, standard Australia Post mail service to anywhere within Australia is charged at standard Australia post rates.
All orders over $50 will be delivered by courier or express Australia Post mail service depending on your location at FREE OF CHARGE.

International postage charges

The Angelbub team are more than happy to service our international customers.

International postage is charged at a flat rate, to approved countries, of $30 AUD
