Angelbub ships to Australia, New Zealand and Internationally

Shipping Fees and Charges

Australia and New Zealand are shipped at flat rates.  For Australia we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders under $150.  For New Zealand we ship at a flat rate of $20 for all orders.  

Within Australia, we use standard shipping with tracking utilising companies such as Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and DHL.

All orders over $150 in Australia will be delivered by standard Australia Post mail service depending on your location at FREE OF CHARGE. Free shipping is void where garments from that original order have been returned for refund, subsequently reducing the retained purchase amount below the $150 free postage threshold.

International postage charges (excluding New Zealand)

The Angelbub team are more than happy to service our international customers.

International postage is calculated using Australia Post international shipping price matrix. International shipping is offered both standard airmail where parcels take 10-15 working days to arrive at the destination.

NOTE: NO PARCEL WILL BE DISPATCHED UNTIL OUR ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURE IS TAKEN. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE BY EMAIL.

Shipping Policy

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging merchandise, you pay for all shipping costs. You may exchange an item only in original condition and with tags still attached. If the item is in any way faulty or not in described condition, Angelbub will pay for all shipping costs. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full conditions of purchase.

Returns:

If you are returning merchandise for a refund within 14 days of the shipment date in original condition and with all tags attached, you pay for shipping it back to us. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full conditions of purchase.

Incorrect Orders:

If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we'll reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full conditions of purchase.

Refunds:

We'll issue a refund (to your original method of payment) within 3 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full conditions of purchase.

Postage Charges

A $10 Postage and Handling surcharge is payable for any garments returned for refund (where permitted) where the original purchase attracted the Free Postage offer. The surcharge will be deducted from the original payment amount and is payable once per invoice. All replacement requests attract a flat rate $10 postage fee. Shipping & Delivery Information

Please allow for a maximum of 3 business days handling period prior to shipping.  We do our best to keep handling times to a minimum.

We will choose the best shipping method available to us based on your location. We endeavour to select the option with the fastest delivery but please be advised once the package leaves our hands we are unable to control the speed of delivery. If you feel your package is taking an unreasonable amount of time to arrive feel free to contact us and we will  enquire directly with the courier.
